Genome assembly not found

The genome assembly hg38c=chr1 is not available on this Genome Browser.

First, check the name for typing errors. UCSC assembly names look like hg38 or mm39. NCBI assembly accessions look like GCA_000001405.29 or GCF_000001405.40, including the version number after the dot.

If the name is correct, we may not have a browser for this assembly yet. You can ask us to make one:

1. Search for hg38c=chr1 in the list of NCBI assemblies.
2. Find the assembly in the results and click its request button.
3. Enter your name and email address and submit the request.

We usually make the browser within a few days and send you an email when it is ready.
